Building a culture for wellbeing

Online Event - Tuesday 23rd May, 4.30-6pm

Why should you join?

Many organisations in other sectors have had significant success in developing cultures that support wellbeing, and there is much that schools can learn from their work. This online workshop will include case studies of best practice and examples of what works in workplace wellbeing. In particular, it will focus on how strengths-based, human-focused leadership and a focus on the system as a whole is vital for creating a climate that supports everyone’s wellbeing. You will have facilitated opportunities to consider how to apply these strategies to your school contexts.

Culture-1
Presented by Katherine Billingham-Mohamed, a leading wellbeing consultant, and facilitated by Ben Gibbs, Tranquiliti's Change Lead, the session will provide:

  • Examples of best practice in terms of effective wellbeing strategy
  • Examples of how leaders have built organisational cultures that support everyone’s wellbeing
  • What school leaders can learn from these examples and apply in their own school contexts
  • Actionable strategies to take away and apply in your school

With over 20 years’ experience of driving engagement and culture change in a range of organisations, Katherine knows a thing or two about wellbeing. So join us for what promises to be a lively, engaging and thought-provoking webinar.
